Cyclic Groups of Local and Trivial Serre Cohomologies

Abstract
This work is devoted to the description of certain cohomology groups with specific local conditions that possess the property of “local triviality.” It is proved that such groups are cyclic for certain classes of subgroups of the general linear group GL(2,Z/PnZ).
