Articles outlining the current state of affairs are not accepted for publication.
The article must have:
– relevance (the issues of the article should be of interest to the scientific community in terms of the current development of science and technology); – scientific elaboration (the article should consider the scientific aspects of the problem being solved, even if the problem itself has practical significance); – novelty (the results presented in the article must have scientific novelty).
Articles of a review or general nature are allowed only by special decision of the editorial board.
– introduction (including the relevance, scientific significance of the issue with a brief review of the literature); – statement of the problem; – solution methods or theoretical part; – discussion of the results of experimental studies (including their practical significance, proposals and recommendations for implementation); – conclusion or conclusions as a whole on the work presented and the results presented. The article must be clearly structured, i.e. should contain sections generally accepted in scientific publications, namely: The results presented in the article must be substantiated using the scientific tools given in the article: mathematical derivation, storage law, computational experiment, etc., so that they can be considered sufficiently reliable. Articles containing only hypotheses or untested proposals will not be accepted. The article must represent a complete cycle of holistic research, i.e. it must begin with the formulation of a problem and end with a reliable solution to this problem. Articles containing only plans and ideas for solving problems are not allowed for publication. Ideas must be brought to the level of a law, pattern, dependence, model, method, algorithm, etc. It is necessary to justify the truth of the idea, its adequacy, and usefulness. The results presented in the article must be formulated in the form of provisions that clearly define the essence of their contribution to science, to the solution of a scientific or specific applied problem.
