Аннотация

Ushbu maqola detallarga yuqori aniqlikda mexanik ishlob berish jarayonini raqamli loyihalashni ask ettiradigan dasturiy ta’minotni ishlab chiqish zarurati va ushbu dasturiy ta’minotdan olingan natijalar tahliliga bagʻishlangan. Maqolada detallarga raqamli ishlov berishda raqamli loyihalash imkoniyatlari batafsil keltiriladi. Bu jarayonning asosida Digital Twin ishlab chiqish texnologiyasi turadi. Korxonalarda raqamli egizaklarni loyihalash va joriy etish bo‘yicha o‘tkazilgan tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, raqamli ishlab chiqarishni 3D modellashtirish metodologiyasi, virtual modellarni yaratish, raqamli ishlab chiqarishni simulyatsiya qilish usullari raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish, loyihalarni asoslash imkonini beradi. Ishlab chiqilgan dasturiy ta’minotdan foydalanish natijasida olingan natijalar samaradorligi va qayd etiladigan xatoliklar haqida batafsil yoritilgan.
